About The Horse
Connie is a beautiful blue roan mare that we found just sitting in a back pasture. She wasn't an eye pleaser the first time we saw her, though. As a gangly three year old, Connie had a long back and crooked knees that didn't seem to ever grow straight. She wasn't big, either. When she turned four, it was like she grew up over night. Connie grew into her body and into her frame, and she was a beautiful eye pleaser. Her training began then, and Connie took to reining and cutting all naturally.
