About The Horse
Smokey was a real hard find. We searched for several months before we found the right mare to purchase, and when it came down to deciding between a red dun, a grulla, and a perlino dun, the perlino dun had more interest in us than the other two. Smokey is such an incredible animal! Look at her coloring: two cream genes on a bay base (black with agouti) and the dun dilution! Such incredible color combination produced this lovely lady! We are sure she'll be throwing colorful babies, and so far we're really pleased with her training and how she has been handling it.
